Hey, my name is Peppy! I’m a miniature poodle. You can rev me up and I’ll run, dip and dive right alongside you especially if a ball is involved but I truly love nothing more than lazing my days away with a ball in my mouth. I’m a very polite boy who knows all the basic commands (sit, laydown, come) and I spend most of my days inside even when my foster family aren’t home so I’m very well house-trained. All in all I’m a very chilled out and independent dog – I’ll happily sit next to you all day while you go about your business, but I won’t hassle you for attention non-stop or want to sit right on top of you!

Ideally, my new family will be a household that doesn’t get too wild as I can be a bit unsure and cautious around new people and loud noises. I’m okay with children but I think I would prefer a family without young kids as I can get overwhelmed by their playfulness and high energy levels and can become a little snappy. I don’t really mind other dogs; I’d be fine as an only dog or with another gentle, calm canine friend who doesn’t bounce around and frighten me as I’m very aware of how small I am.

Peppy is desexed, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations and flea and worm treatment.
