If you’re looking for a little personality packed into a furry bundle, Dewey might just be your guy!

This handsome young boy is very talkative and loves to chat with his humans. Ask him a question or make a comment and he’ll often chirpily talk back, as though he has plenty to contribute to the conversation. Dewey is also extremely enthusiastic about food. He’s not fussy about who serves it, either. Anyone in the house is a potential candidate, including unsuspecting guests! He’ll confidently approach humans to request his next meal, and he’s not one to give up easily. Thankfully, Dewey has some lovely manners to balance out his food related determination. He politely refrains from jumping on the kitchen bench, although the kitchen table is apparently fair game for a little investigating!

When he’s not busy discussing dinner arrangements, Dewey loves sitting on laps and soaking up human company. He’s an affectionate boy who enjoys being close to his people. He also has plenty of kitten energy, loves playing and enjoys a good set of zoomies around the house.

Dewey may do well with another feline friend, although he hasn’t yet been tested with other cats or dogs, so introductions would need to be handled thoughtfully.

One thing to know about Dewey is that he has a sensitive tummy and needs good quality food that agrees with him. His future family will need to be mindful of his diet to help keep his tummy happy.

Dewey is looking for a loving home where conversation flows, laps are available, playtime is plentiful and meal service is prompt. If you’re after an affectionate, entertaining little companion with a big voice, a determined appetite and a whole lot of character, Dewey could be the one for you!
