Hi everyone, I'm Angelica!

I'm extremely shy and timid when I meet new people, but once I'm comfortable enough to show you the real me I'm full of fun and love. It can take me some time to become comfortable in my new surroundings, so my future family will have to be understanding and patient while I adjust. Once I come out of my shell, my foster mum says I'm the the most affectionate, sweetest & goofy cat she's seen!

I love to play and hop around the house, my favourite thing is chasing string or sliding into a shopping bag (who needs expensive toys??) I need humans that are gentle and calm, as fast movements can startle me easily. For this reason I won't be suited to a home with young kids.

I do enjoy a quiet pat with my foster human on the couch, on my terms of course. I think I'd suit a solo human or couple looking for a quiet feline friend to join them. I would thrive with a family that is home more often as not, as I enjoy having the company. I've lived as an indoor only cat, and will need to continue this is my new home for my own safety, especially since the big wide world would be far too scary for me.

While in foster care, my mum has noticed I don't drink a lot of water so mixing water into my wet food has helped get more fluids in. Due to the lack of intake, I also need some help with my bowel movements, this has been monitored by the vet who has recommended a diet of Royal Canin Hairball Food & a laxative when needed. So my future family must be aware to monitor my bowel movements.

I'm also a fluffball, so my foster mum grooms me everyday (which I love!). This helps my coat stay in tip top condition and alleviates some of the shedding around the house.
