Meet Branch!

Branch has the classic Frenchie charm, he’s the kind of dog who settles into your life like he’s always been there.

He’s incredibly affectionate and he’ll make sure you don’t forget it. Branch has this adorable habit of gently tapping you with his paw when he thinks it’s time for attention (which, according to him… is often). He just wants to be close to his people, whether that’s curled up next to you on the couch or quietly hanging out nearby while you go about your day.

Branch enjoys his walkies and is great on the lead, making him an easy companion for relaxed daily strolls. He would love to go to a home where his humans are home lots, as he really thrives on companionship and being part of everyday life. If he's humans have to leave to go to work so they can afford more treats for him, he would need extra attention when they're home. Branch has had the luxury of being an indoor dog and would need constant access to inside, especially the sofa at all times.

Branch is friendly with other dogs and can live with a doggy sibling. At times he can be a bit pushy and likes to take the lead (and may get a little jealous if his favourite people are cuddling another dog), so he’ll do best with a calm, confident dog and humans who are happy to set clear boundaries. He’d also be perfectly happy as an only dog, soaking up all the love as the centre of attention. Branch will not suit a home with young kids or toddlers as he becomes quite uncomfortable around them. He will suit a home with older kids/teens who are dog savvy and understand doggy boundaries and can give him space when it's needed.

Branch isn’t demanding in a high-energy way, he’s just quietly devoted and happiest when he’s near his humans. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who’ll keep you company and request cuddles, Branch might be your perfect match.

Branch is desexed, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.

Medical note: Branch has a mild (grade 2) heart murmur. This has been checked by our vet, who advised that it is not currently causing him any issues and doesn't currently require medication.
