Introducing Delilah!
Delilah is a very special lady who charms everyone she meets. She came to us having lost her babies after giving birth and with no idea how to cat but with a little TLC she has bloomed into the sweetheart she is today.
Delilah is an independent girl who loves to sleep the day away on her favourite chair, birdwatch and hang out on the couch or on the bed with her human. Her purr machine dials up to 100 when she is getting pats and love from her foster mum. She has also found her voice while in foster care and will greet her foster mum with cute little chirps when she gets home.
Delilah also loooves her food. If you’re in the kitchen, she’s right next to you hoping for a treat. Feel like an after dinner snack, a little head will pop up out of nowhere begging for a sneaky nibble.
Since coming into foster care Delilah has learnt how to do zoomies. She will get a look in her eye and then all of a sudden, she’s off. She’s still confused about some toys but loves to chase a ball around the house and use her scratching post.
While Delilah has made a lot of progress, she will require a patient, loving home that is willing to give her the space and time to flourish. She can scare easily and will run away from with you but with a bit of gentle encouragement comes back for pats.
Delilah will need to be and indoor only cat as she was an escape artist in her previous life but her new home would ideally have an outdoor enclosure cat run/enclosure so she can watch the birds and reminisce about her past adventures in safety.
If you are looking for a sweet, affectionate kitty who will brighten your day and fill your heart with love, then Delilah might be the one for you!
Delilah is desexed, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
