Everyone, meet the gorgeous Gertie!

Gertie is a confident, mischievous, snuggly kitty who absolutely loves cuddling up on your lap or underneath the blankets with you. You barely need to touch her for the purrs to start & if she’s not snuggling up with you, she will find any other furry creature, including the dog to curl up next to/on top of! She loves our dog!

She’s definitely a social little girl so would absolutely love a household with other pets & lots of action (although I’m sure she’d fit in any household just fine, as long as she has lots of love & stimulation). Gertie would also love to find a forever home with her sister Dottie (they are constantly snuggled up together & love to play all day long), although she would definitely settle in fine without her.

Gertie is super playful, a tad naughty & incredibly funny to watch, but can be a little rough with those sharp little kitten teeth & claws. She does like sneaking up & attacking your feet/legs, so although she’s great with children & would likely be less rough in time (she’s slowly learning boundaries), it’s something you would need to be mindful of around young children -- because she can hurt.

Gertie has been in foster care with her 2 siblings, 2 resident cats, 1 dog (a Kelpie cross), 3 chickens & 2 school aged children. She loves every one/thing she meets, even if some of them (like our resident cats) are grumpy in return. She has so much love to give, so is sure to make her forever family incredibly happy. Hopefully this cheeky, beautiful little girl is just who you’ve been looking for!

Gertie is desexed, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
