Hi! I'm Goldie and I'm looking for my forever home!

I am the sweetest of sweet pies (according to my foster mum and dad), but I can get a bit excited when I see you after you have been away or when you wake up in the morning - I jump once, but I'm very gentle, and learning that not everyone loves my morning breath first thing ????

I know my basic commands and am EXTREMELY food driven (Derr I'm a lab!!) so I am easily trainable! I have been walking every day on the lead with my foster fam and foster bro (Raf, he's six, we get along just fine and even share a bed sometimes!), and I've gotten so much better with the use of the check chain! I don't bark at other dogs and I'm not lead reactive!
I only bark when I'm in the backyard and can hear noises over the fence, but this is quickly taken care of by the neighbour popping their head over the fence and saying hi, then I know I can relax and keep snoozing.

I've been on a strict diet, and some medication from the vet since arriving at my foster fam, I have some sort of skin allergy where I was super itchy, but I'm feeling much more relaxed and my skin has calmed down heaps! We are still investigating with the vet as to what I'm allergic to, which my new fam will prob need to continue (otherwise I'mma be a scritch-scrotchy girl!) so I can fully heal and continue being my best beautiful golden self!

I love ALLLLL the pats, all over my beautiful body (for hours if you'll let me!) and I'm super a ok around smaller kids and other doggos, the more company I have, the better!

Goldie will be best suited to a place that can keep up with her regular vet checks for her skin (unsure of condition as yet), if there is another dog she will absolutely thrive, and she loves company, so those who are home often!

Goldie is desexed, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
