Hi, I’m Indy and I’m looking for a new forever home. I LOVE meeting people and will bark excitedly if someone comes over to visit. I love lots of pats, especially belly rubs. I don’t jump up on my foster carers, but you may need to wait until I get over my excitement before letting me get close to new people. For this reason I need a firm owner to keep me under control; ideally committed to putting in some training with me. I have learnt to sit on command, but I get too excited to sit for any length of time.

I enjoy going for walks and will walk on a loose lead, I get really hot on warm days, so I love jumping in my pool after a walk to cool off. I’ll chase a ball for you, but the real fun is in chewing the ball to pieces! I’ll happily spend my day chewing a tennis ball.

I have lived with one dog all my life, but have not had the opportunity to socialise with other dogs or cats. I do tend to think I am number one and like all the attention. I’d just love a human friend who can spend lots of time with me; we could curl up on the couch together and watch a movie!

In short my forever home will have:

· Someone firm and experienced to control my excitement

· Someone home a lot to give me lots of attention

· No children under 16

· No other pets
