Hi, I’m Jay. I am a very shy boy who is still learning to love humans. While I’ve been in care, my foster mum has been working with me to build up my confidence as I am still very unsure. I purr lots because I want to be loved but don’t know how to accept my human’s cuddles.

I do come and meow at my foster mumma when it’s dinner time but am still very weary. I need my new human to understand that it will take some time for me to settle in and to become more comfortable with snuggles. My foster mum thinks with the right person I will be a lovely, snuggly boy.

I don’t mind dogs or other cats, but I would be best suited to someone who has a lot of time for me and possibly someone with a very confident cat to help bring me out of my shell.

I am litter trained, desexed, microchipped and up to date with flea & worm treatment and vaccinations.
