Meet the sweetest little lady, Mama Leigh!

Mama Leigh came into care with her 6 babies who she took fantastic care of. Although as they’ve gotten older she was over her role as mum and was very happy when she got time to relax on her own. All but 2 of her babies went to new foster homes when they got to 8 weeks old, and since then we have really seen her personality shine.

She loves to chase the kittens around the house and wrestle with them now that they’re bigger. If she finds herself alone somewhere she will meow until you call out to her and then she will run to find you. She can be very playful on her own, occasionally even getting the zoomies! She is slowly learning how to play with toys and has shown interest in ping pong balls and the wand toys, but her favourite is definitely the tunnel. She can be a little shy around new people but will quickly warm up to you if you give her scratches.

She absolutely loves meal time, she will follow you around doing quiet meows until she’s fed. She especially loves her raw meals.

She doesn’t love to be held but will curl up next to you on the couch or bed, and of course never says no to a good rub or scratch.

Mama Leigh has lived in her foster home with a calm dog that she gets along with and has spent time with other cats that weren’t her babies but didn’t care too much about them.
She would be best suited to a home with a calm dog that will give her space and no young kids!

Leigh is desexed, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
