Hi, my name is Marjoram, but you can call me Marjie!

I’m looking for my forever family. Can you help me? I’m #2 in the 5 secret herbs, but my flavour is quite different from my siblings. I’m quite shy and I take a while to warm up to you. While I don’t mind being near you, I’m definitely not a lap cat, and affection is always on my terms. I’ll also let you know when your affection is not wanted, with a gentle but firm slap from my paw. I do enjoy snuggling next to foster mum or the resident cats I live with, but I also enjoy my solitude.

My main hobbies include sneak attacks on my siblings, and naps on my foster mum’s bed. I’ve been in foster care with my 4 siblings since birth, and I currently live with 2 resident cats, so I’m very used to other cats. A feline friend would be nice, but I would also do fine as a solo kitten, as long as I had lots of love when I want it. I haven’t been around dogs or small children, but I don’t think I would like them. Foster mum says I would be better suited to a home with older kids or a friendly cat instead.
