Meet Mattie!

Martie is a beautiful little guy with the sweetest nature. He has been in foster care with his mum and three brothers since he was only one week old, which means he has grown up surrounded by care, play, and lots of human interaction. Because of this, Martie is very well socialised and a confident little kitten who is comfortable around people and enjoys being part of everyday life.

He loves being around his humans and will happily follow you from room to room, just to see what you’re doing and be part of the action.

Cuddles are one of Martie’s favourite things. He enjoys being picked up and carried around, and he settles comfortably in your arms like he belongs there. When you sit down on the couch, you’ll often find Martie snuggled beside you, ready for pats and a cosy nap.

Martie also has a playful side. He loves chasing and batting around his toys and will happily entertain himself before coming back for more affection.

He’s a chatty little companion who enjoys talking to his people during the day – but the good news is he’s not a night-time singer, so he’ll let you sleep peacefully.

And like many growing kittens, Martie loves his food. He’s always excited for mealtimes and has a particular soft spot for sharing a little roast chicken with his humans, which he considers a very special treat.

Having grown up with his mum and siblings, Martie is used to other cats and would do very well in a home with another friendly cat. Given his confident and easy-going nature, he would probably also adjust well to a calm, cat-friendly dog with the right introductions.

Martie would thrive in a home where:

• He can be part of daily life around the house (and maybe share the occasional roast chicken treat)

Martie is ready to find his forever home. As Marty has been an indoor only cat while in foster care he must continue this in his forever home for his own safety and safety for our wildlife.

Martin is desexed and microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
