Meet Nya — a woman of a certain age who has absolutely no time for nonsense.
Nya has entered her “warm and wise” era (with occasional, unexplained bursts of heat), and she expects her home to reflect that. She enjoys long, contemplative stares out the window, judging passersby with the authority of someone who has seen things. She will absolutely tell you when dinner is late, and she will not apologize for it.
Affection is on her terms, sometimes she’ll grace you with a head bump that feels like a rare honor; other times, she’d prefer you simply exist quietly in the same room while she processes life. Personal space is important to her—clinginess is not her love language.
Nya has perfected the art of selective hearing. Call her name? Maybe. Open a snack? She’s already there.
She would thrive in a calm, predictable home where she can be the queen she knows she is. Loud chaos? No thank you. A cozy spot, a sunny window, and a human who respects boundaries? Perfect.
In return, you’ll get a companion who is deeply loyal, quietly judgemental, and full of her own importance. She may not be everyone’s cup of tea—but for the right person, she’s exactly the right amount of spice. Nya has also lived as an indoor only cat while in foster care and must continue this in her forever home for her own safety.
Adopt Nya if you appreciate a strong, independent lady who knows her worth—and isn’t afraid to remind you of it.
Nya is desexed, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
