Sweet, thoughtful and full of personality, Pearl (affectionately known as Melon) is a gorgeous little kitten who moves through the world with quiet curiosity and sudden bursts of playful chaos. In a new environment, she may hang back at first, observing everything around her, but once she decides it’s safe, she’s all in... and that’s when the fun begins!

Pearl has a playful side that is impossible not to fall in love with. She transforms into a focused little huntress, crouched low to the ground, eyes locked in, wiggling ever so slightly before launching herself at her "prey". Dangly toys, fluttering ribbons and crinkly balls don’t stand a chance. Her concentration is serious, but the result is pure entertainment. She’ll have you laughing daily with her adorable antics.

The moment she’s done playing, she switches gears and becomes the sweetest little smooch. She’ll quietly find her place beside you, whether that’s curled up next to you on the couch or "helping" you work from home. She's just happy to be near you. Pearl absolutely adores head massages, leaning right into your hand as if she’s just discovered the best feeling in the world, her tiny purr rumbling with pure contentment. Pick her up and she’ll happily be carried around like a baby, completely relaxing into your arms while you gently scratch her chest and neck. She doesn’t just enjoy affection, she soaks it in. Her love is something truly special, the kind that grows stronger and deeper over time, and stays with you.

Pearl is absolutely adored by the children in her foster home and happily joins them for both playtime and cuddles, making her a beautiful addition to a family environment.

Pearl has also been introduced to her toy poodle foster sister. While she took a few days to adjust, she now shares her space comfortably. With gentle introductions, she would suit a home with a calm and respectful dog.

Having grown up with other cats, Pearl would enjoy the company of a friendly, social feline companion, though she would also be perfectly content as your one and only, soaking up all the love for herself.

To keep this sweet little lady safe (and protect local wildlife), Pearl will need to be an indoor only kitty.
