Hi everyone! I’m Sol, I was rescued and brought to GAR. My foster parents have likened me to Garfield, as I’m a big boy who loves his food and attention! I’m incredibly sweet, energetic, and ready to find my forever home.

Sol is a ginger, domestic short hair, and at 6-years-old has the biggest personality! He is incredibly affectionate, curious about all things, and loves food, toys, and zooming around the house. He has been open and so loving since the day he arrived at his foster home, so will have no problem fitting in with the family. He is a big boy, with a lot of love to give!

Young children may be a bit much for Sol, but he would love a family with older children/teenagers who would love to keep him company. He loves all the attention, so being an “only-cat” household would be ideal but could warm up to another resident pet given the time or someone with experience in animal introductions. Sol has been kept as an indoor cat at his foster home, however, has spent some time in the outdoor cat enclosure and has loved it.

Sol is desexed, microchipped, up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
